This photo was taken at The Village Gate in 1987. They are indeed having the audience join the band on stage for a  rendition of “Horse With No Name” (which They resurrected for that ‘94  “Secret Halloween Show”), and you can see a guy behind Flans pointing at a  sign with the chords pictured. I made prints of it and brought them to the first show They did at the newly opened Le Poisson Rouge, which is built on the former site of the Gate. I handed some out to the line (Kelly), and I had Iggy give some of them to the Johns and had him bring one back signed for me. They talked about the photo during the show that night. I also handed a print to Jamie Kitman, who at first mistook John Linnell for Graham Maby.
